When a refund may be approved
Contact us within 7 days if you were charged twice for the same order, or if a verified delivery or technical fault prevents access and we cannot resolve it. Refunds required by Whop rules or applicable law will also be honored.
When a refund is not normally available
Because access to the digital pack and copy-ready codes begins immediately, we do not normally refund a change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal performance, a used or copied pack, or a request made after the 7-day review period.
How to request a review
Email contact@aimcodes.com with your Whop receipt ID and a short description of the issue. Do not send card details, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive information.
